Hi there,

This will probably be a faulty hydraulic lifter, you can try using an engine flush as this may wash out some of the carbon that can build up in the hydraulic lash adjuster, start here.

I flushed the engine twice with engine flush and it still is tapping. I also changed the oil twice and used oil additives, but nothing works. What can I do to fix this problem and will it hurt the engine to drive it this way?

Hi there, you will need to get the faulty lash adjuster replaced, this ids not a huge job, the rocker gear needs to be lifted to access it, you are doing some damage to the rocker & the valve stem, short term not a real issue, but i would be getting it fixed sooner rather than later.
