90 Acura Integra 189K miles manual trans shift problems

My integra has problems going into gear after exiting the freeway after driving 70 MPH and over. The problem persists for 5 to 10 minutes and then the car shifts fine. The problem will also happen intermittently during town driving. The clutch has 25k Miles. The manual gearbox fluid was also changed with the clutch and it does not leak. There is a lot of slop in the shift handle. Can the play in the linkage and bushings up to the gearbox cause this problem. sound like yuor clutch disc, is bad, or transmission shift linkage ,loose or worn shifting linkage.
