2001 Acura Integra codes understanding

I have a friend that connected to a scanner and it said that cyclinder 3 and 4 misfiring and we just installed a amp would it have anything to do with it or is it something else could it just be the spark plugs that are new

Always check your work making sure nothing was moved out of place
misfiring code
start by checking spark plugs and tune up
