my 2000 acura integra on start steering wheel is very hard in cold weather...when warms up not as hard but a little...in the summer no problems...only when its cold..but with time i feel it getting worse..when im slowing down to a stop it also gets hard to turn...what could this be

HI there, start with changing the power steering oil and make sure that the drive belt is tight, start here.
