Can drive car up to 7-8 miles before it starts overheating. Then I have to run the heater to keep it from overheating.

Replaced two leaking hoses and thermostat over the last 4 weeks. No longer loosing any fluid.

Spark plugs all look good and all cylinders show good compression.

Radiator fluid has always been clean/green - never any brown color or debris.

they only come on if I turn on the AC. But that doesnt cool off the engine either. The ONLY thing that cools the engine is running the heater.

Check if the lower radiator hose to engine is cool when overheating occurs. If that is the case, the thermostat is stuck in the closed position. You might have a bad thermostat out of the box.

You mentioned driving 7 or 8 miles for it to overheat, would tyhat mean it takes less than 10 minutes of starting engine?
