1998 Acura Integra stalls after warm up

1998 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 443.00 miles

it started early this year getting me 90km , then after stoping wouldn't start, then started stalling, after about 90km . Now its become more pronounced and frequintly.
