1997 Acura Integra Fuel Line and Exhaust

I was recently given the following information on replacing my fuel line and exhaust:

1) fuel line replacement would total around $800k
2) the exhaust need a full replacement and new parts alone would bring it to around $2300

Do these prices seem right? I was also wondering if it would be worth it to spend time finding a junked Acura and harvest the exhaust parts for reuse...
