Hello I have a 1997 integra LS with a 1.8 vtech motor in it wich only has 65k miles on it I have recently had the problem of my 15 amp (ac) ignition fuse blowing when I drive a few blocks down the road I was wondering what could be causing the problem if it was a short somewhere or my distributor or ignition relay could be going bad? Could you help me?

Hi Integrafan_08,

You mean fuse #24 (15 A)?

ACG fuse. Components that uses this fuse are
1. SRS
2. PGM-F1 relay.
3. TCM
4. VSS.
5 Cruise control
6. ELD.

Shorint of any of the above components or their wiring can cause the blown fuse.

When this fuse blows, power is not being supplied to the distributor so it definitely would not be providing any sparks.

You need to isolate the cause from the list I posted earlier. It could be the distributor but I think an exposed wire is more likely.
