Lower ball joint is needed should I replace both?

Hi I am going to Chicago for Cristmas. But befor I go I want to know what should I check on my car to have a great trip? The timing belt was replace with the water pump when the car had 100k. I took the car to acura delarship and got a obo tune-up at 110k. Lower ball joint is need it. Should I replace both and what is the cost?

Replace the one and then have it aligned. Probably, unless the tire grinch gets you, run about $150.
