1996 Acura Integra, I was driving on the freeway and I hit a metal pipe. My car is dropped to a lower height so the pipe sounded like it did extensive damage. However upon inspection I realized that it caused a tear in something because the oil has completely dripped out. I don't know what part/s was damaged and I'm trying to purchase them online and get a friend to repair it . Any ideas on what part/s could have been damaged and how to do-it-yourself? Thanks.

Hi there,

you will have to wash the engine down and add some oil so you can run it to locate the leaks. I would think the sump is damaged, this will be easy to replace as you can do this with out removing the engine. as for other parts, maybe the oil filter, or an engine oil cooler if fitted. you will have to run it to find the leaks.
