1996 Acura Integra broken lugs

I have a 96 integra with broken lug nuts i cant get the spindle off too replace them, any ideas?

Try knocking it out and slipping one in from the back. Then use a nut that will slip over the stud and thread a lug nut on the stud. As you tighten it, it will pull the stud into the flange
