Approximately how much would it cost (parts and labor) to replace the parking brake on a '94 Acura Integra? I live in the Bay Area, Ca.

labor rates and times vary from shop to shop,even ones located in the same area. so you are going to have to shop around on your own.
labor rates can go between $60-$120 an hour depending on the shop and rear brake pad replacement can be timed between 1hr-2hrs
parts cost $50-$100 depending on quality or brand.
these do not include repairing/replacing parking brake cables or springs.
