1994 Acura Integra bearings knocking?? Block Knocking??

I'm not sure if it's the bearings or something else but when i start the car and press on the gas the block knocks really loud. I'm not sure what or where it's coming from?? Somebody please help!! And how can i fix it??

If the knocking noise increases in level and intensity with throttle pressure, then most probably the con rod bearings are worn but without understanding the type of noise, this is just a possibility.
