1994 Acura Integra A/T only shifts manually

I have an Acura that will ony shift gears manually with an automatic trans. I changed the computer with no change in the performance, the solenoids seem to engage but when testing the pig tails I cannot find power. I believe something electronic is not feeding the proper information to the TCM (if at all) but there are no good diagrams to show me where to check next. Do you have any suggestions?
