I have the AC installed and working with no leaks and the clutch works perfectly fine along with the compressor. The AC blows "Cool", but not cold. What would I need to do/replace in order to make it blow cold like a newer car. I was thinking a new condensor or perhaps a new evaporator, but I don't know for sure. I don't want to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on parts and it still just not work. Also, I used a leak detector so I know I don't have any leaks.

The entire AC unit was sitting in my garage for over a year because I took it out. The lines havent had any pressure in a while. The system had the same problem before I took it out. When I reinstalled it last week the problem still persisted. It has fresh freon. Also, I don't have a pressure gauge to give you the reading, but I don't think it would really matter since it is freshly installed and charged.

The pressure would tell us what is wrong.

Did you vacumn the system before charging the system?
