THE VEH HAS TROUBLE STARTING. HAD THE ALTERNATER REPLACED. BUT STILL HAVING THE PROBLEM BATTERY TEST FINE. BUT HAD LOW WATER

Change your battery.

Once the electrolyte has gone too low for some time, the battery won't last even after you top up and recharge it.
