Battery is new, alternator puts 13.8vdc, all electrical; ie...lights, wipers windows...work just fine.
at times, when engine is cold, turning the key gives only a click...no start...
I believe starter is bad. Do you agree?
One price is $135.00...another is starter switch and relay...$115.00
If I order a starter doesn't the starter switch and relay come with it? Or are we looking at two different parts in separate locations? Also please tell me their physical location. saailer@nuvox.net

I agree, it sounds like a bad starter. It depends on where you buy the starter if it comes with the solenoid or not. Usually it is good insurance to change both at the same time. Starter is on the left side (front) of the motor where it and the transaxle bolt together. Be sure to disconnect the battery before you try to change it.
