1993 Acura Integra power steering leak

I have power steering leak. The steering is fine sometime but it locks up especially when I make my turn. I'm thinking of checking the hoses but doesn't know how to empty the fluid first.

yea check the hoses first.but how will you find the leak if there's no fluid in the system? if you want to flush the system,get the tires in the air;jack or lift,doesn't matter.take the hose off the reservoir and steer all the way from left to right until all the fluid is out.
