1992 Acura Integra speedometer

we had the water pump replaced in the Acura and the speedometer stopped working , i am not able to figure out if it was something that was happening in the past as we just purchased the car, or if it was something that happen when we replaced the water pump. can you give me some ideas before I start tearing it apart where I should look first.

Hi Thenne,

Replacement of the water pump should not be related to the speedometer.

Check the Vehicle Speed Sensor located on top of transaxle housing below the thermostat housing.
