i took my car to alignment and they told me that it didnt need to be aling so they said it might be tire aling or some sort so they did it and when they finished it still virates so can u please tell me what it is?

Could be inner rack sockets, outer tie rod ends, struts, tire balance, ball joints, bushings. You need to have it looked at by a reputable shop, If it vibrates that bad, it shouldnt be too hard to find. Are you sure it is suspension and not the engine missing?
