1992 Acura Integra Knock while turning

I have noticed that when I am accelerating through a turn, I hear a knocking sound. It does not make this sound while I am going striaght or if I am not pressing the gas as I turn. Any ideas as to what this could be? Thanks

The symptoms indicates a faulty CV joint.
