1992 Acura Integra Hood release cable

the cable will not release the hood latch and I have tried to open from outside but not sucess, do you have any answer on how I can open the hood

Usually you can access the release mechanism from under the front of the vehicle with a long pick/screwdriver.Look where the cable assembly attaches and you should be able to see the arm you need to move to get it to release.

I have looked from the outside and was unable to see this latch that you refer to. That was the second thing I looked for when the cable didn't work. I even tried to locate the assembly part that attaches to the latch and couldn't see it

Did you look from underneath the front end?
