how much should I deck it to change the compression but I dont want to deck it do bad I have to run crazy high occtain

Any amount of decking would change the compression. The amount of decking determines the compression change.

If the head is a good one, you can decide how much you want to deck so that you can increase the compression.

If the head is warped, the minimum amount would be determined by the amount it is out of specs. There is a limit to the amount you can deck it.
