When I am driving with out my head lights on and I press the brakes, my interior lights turn on. When I open the door with my foot on the brake the exterior light chime turns on until I take my foot off the brake. When I have the headlights on my brake lights are on. My first thought was stop light switch, but that simply opens and closes the circuit, so would this be and ICU or ground issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi matthewszack,

This is more likely a ground circuit problem. Check the taillight ground connections, clean them if necessary.
