1991 Acura Integra

i had someone pu my 1991 acura integra ls on timing, the person that did the job loosen the bolts for one of the cams and didnt torque them down. now thecar turnes on but doesnt have any power, i press the gas all the way down and the car only tops 3000rpms with hesitation, plus has a back fire. d you know what the problem may be?

Hi amaury2075,

I would suggest rechecking the timing belt installation.

If the cam timing is out, you would have lack of power.
