1991 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i just replaced the power steering pressure line and for some reason i can hear a noise it sounds like its coming from my steering wheel.what would cause this noise?

Maybe air in system turn wheel lock to lock to expel air.
