1991 Acura Integra hazards come on by themselves

when i hook the battery up the hazards are automatically on, but the button isnt pushed and doesnt turn them off. the vehicle wont start any info would be great. thanks.

The security system is armed and you need to disarm it to allow the vehicle to be started.

If it is a factory system, close all doors and use the key to lock and unlock the doors and retry.
