Electrical problem
1991 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 200K miles

Under glove compartment i believe ECU is making a noise car will not start and all power is dead. Acciendtly crossed battery cables. Would Fuse Link burn first or ECU? Is there a relay in that area that is causing that noise on my acura integra 91 GS

Hi Max,

Normally the fuse would go first but if you had left the ignition switch on, the ECM could be fried.

Since you have no power supply, check the fuses, battery terminal connections and groundings first.
