my integra is acting like it is getting to mutch air or something it sounds like a new subaru wrx not a stedy rev. But at times it will click over and have good power. But if you try to gas it or just slowly give throdle it will sound like a vw or something this is my 4th integra and never have I had this. Ps there are AEM timeing sprkets on the car and thay are set to a6* intake and a2* out im going to set them back to 0* 0* but if you think there is another thing I am missing or not looking at please help

You have probably messed up your cam timing with those aftermarket cam gears.

Set them to zero and MAKE SURE that the cam and crank marks are set to TDC and that the timing belt has not jumped any teeth.

Also make sure your ignition timing is set properly with a timing light.
