1990 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My integra wont start up unless i have my foot down on the gas and when it does start it doesnt want to keep running unless i give it gas. when i do give it gas it has kind of a lope to it and sounds like its cammed. Any thing i should do to fix it?

Check for proper fuel pressure at the rail. Also check for STRONG spark.

Note: You will have spark, when you test your ignition, however you need to make sure it is bright and white/blue. If it is a dull orange you got an ignition issue.
