1990 Acura Integra Hesitation at 3,000 rpms

I have an 90 Integra LS i have noticed that recently when driving it once it is warmed up and im driving it and come to stops the car wants to die and the oil lite blinks when it trys to die. also when i am driving it at exactly 3,000 rpms it does like a jolt hesitation with the motor in all gears at the same point recently had the fuel pump replaced changed plugs. has a cold air intake. any ideas as to what might be causing this??? also i checked the oil and it is good

Check the electronic air control valve, throttle angle sensor, MAP sensor to include the PCV/EGR valves and fuel pressure.
