1990 Acura Integra Car sputters and dies

I have a 89 civic with a 90 integra engine ive changed the plugs wires 02 sensor adjusted the timing several times now got it perfect to what i believe
also changed the cap rotor and coil and ecu and oil and coolant

990 Acura Integra Car sputters and dies also runs super rich this all started happening after i changed battery in the trunk and changed coolant


any suggestions?
