All transmissions are serviceable, you will need to get underneath the vehicle and remove the pan from the transmission and there you will find the filter, go to your local auto parts store before commencing the job and all parts necessary including new fluid

Hi queenangellica,
Sorry, this transmission does not have an oil pan. The filter is non serviceable and is supposed to be maintenence free. To get to the filter, you have to disassemble the trans.
If fluid level is correct, the most likely cause of slipping would be a failed trans.
Dose it slip in all gears or only specific ones?
Is the D indicator light blinking while driving?
Was anything done prior to this happeing?

KHLow2008, thanks for the updated information, if I had one of these cars I would sue Honda, the transmission on my BMW 750IL is also supposedly non-serviceable and is supposed to be maintenance-free, but at least it has a pan and a filter, even though the oil it runs cost $34 a pint and only available from BMW, but thanks for the information and I will try to remember that.

Dr Loot,
You are welcomed. Except for those in conjuction with Isuzu and Legend or RL, most Honda trans are not equipped with oil pans. AllHonda trans have manitenence free filters so there is no need for oil pans.
