Six cylinder front wheel drive automatic 90,000 miles

Thanks for reading this. I hope you can help me out. Simply put, my right side (passenger side) windshield wiper does not work.
When it is raining, and I turned the windshield wipers to on, only the driver side is working, but the passenger side windshield wiper does not move.
Can anyone guide me in the right direction on how to get started?
