1998 Acura CL Front Wheel Drive Automatic 155000 miles
It just shows the battery and the key smybol when key is turned over and I tryed starting in neural and I cant shift it out of park.

Check if the brake lights are working. If it is not working, the interlock is preventing the shift lever from being shifted out of park.
If all other dash indicators are not working, check the fuses, especially those under hood.
