1997 Acura CL clutch...please help

I got a 97 acura cl 5 speed and it started messing up on me...when the car is off it goes into gears like normal without pushing the clutch in...but when i start it it wont go into gears...and if it does it has to be pushed really hard....once the car gets going it seems to shift somewhat okay but not really..and it wont down shift hardly at all...when the car is running i can only get it into second and take off and shift like normal but even getting it into second is really hard...can someone help

Is the pedal high when resistance pressure is fet?
Did you check the clutch master cylinder fluid level?
