Blend door actuator not working properly

I have a the vehicle listed above SLT model. the vents won't switch between floor, upper or defrost. Some air comes out of all vents but can't turn any all the way off.

It sounds like you have a mode blend door actuator that is out which is common. Here is a guide to walk you through the steps and the location of the actuator and how to change them in the diagrams below:
