Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com. Since this started after the PCV valve was replaced, I have a feeling you have a vacuum leak. Here are general directions for checking for a vacuum leak:

If you find there is a leak, here are the directions for removing and replacing the PCV. Chances are, the hose is cracked, disconnected, or not fully in place. The pictures I have attached correlate with these directions.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
REMOVAL
Detach the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PVC ) hose (catalytic converter removed for clarity).
Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System.
Detach the thermostat housing and secure to one side.
Detach the PCV hose.
Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
Remove the PCV hose from the intake manifold.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
