I mistakenly placed the gear in D3, instead of D4, and drove on the highway for about 3-5 minutes. The only way I clued in was that the tachometer read 3000 RPM instead of 2000 RPM. I reached a speed of 60 MPH. During this time. Should I be concerned? Did I mess up anything? It seems to drive okay after that. Should I take it in to have the transmission checked? Thanks.
