Acceleration noise

Hello, l have acceleration noise entering from under my transmission gear stick area. my car used to sound perfect, but l had a minor accident where l rear ended a car at about 40 km while my foot was on the brake. l have a Holden vx. please help.

Yes Roy, l replied with a video of noise. l will try again. l revved it between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm's. hope you receive it this time.

It runs pretty smooth there is just alot of engine acceleration noise entering cabin. I also think my gear linkage might need a look at . l got my body pro repaired so it still looks good .

I also started it the other day and l thought l could smell like a rotten egg smell?

Okay, hard to hear, but it could be a leak in the exhaust?
