When you accelerate up hill starts jumping.

Hello,

Does it feel like its misfiring?
Is your check engine light illuminated? Many times if there is an issue with a sensor or engine misfires the check engine light come on.

As the plugs gets old they can start misfiring under load (when accelerating or going up hill).
