Air conditioner/heat will not come on

Air conditioner/heat will not come on. I turn the knob on the control panel to on and I get nothing. Use to tap dash and it would come on. When it came on it would blow fine then would get lower as I drive along like as if I turned it down until it would not blow at all. When it blew low I could hear a fan like it was struggling to turn. What could this problem be? Please help it is getting hot in here!

This sounds like you have a blower motor that is going out, Here is a guide and a diagram that will help you get the problem fixed.
