Changing mode selection for climate control, the mode will switch incorrectly. It will go to every vent except the main front vents.

A/C will not blow out of middle vents, only foot vents and defrost?

Yep, this happens when the mode blend door actuator goes bad, here is the location of the part in question so you can change it out. I included the other blend door actuators as well to avoid confusion. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Yes, you need to remove the lower panels of the dashboard and the glover box door and housing to get at the blend door actuators.
