AC warm on driver side, but cool on passenger side

AC warm on driver side, but cool on passenger side after a battery failure on a very hot day (95 degrees day) but a new battery has been placed. Driver side actuator was replaced but still has the same issue. I see the old and new actuators both moving when temperature changes. Should the actuators be calibrated when installed with battery reset? Or do I need a new HVAC climate controller?
