A/C volume decreases still blows cold new blower motor

A/C. volume decreases after blowing fine when first turned on. New blower motor. Seems vents close.

How long does it take for the airflow to lessen? Does the air temperature seem to change as well as the volume? Does the sound change as well? Have you checked the cabin filter (if it has one, some do not) to see if it is clean.
