My AC has correct refrigerant level, clutch engages, blower blows, but still no cold air. Just blows warm air. What are possible failure points I can check?

Hello, I am Danny.

You might want to have the Blend Door Actuators checked for proper function. There two mounted on both the left and right side of the lower heater/-A/C unit. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for using 2CarPros.

Both blend doors are working correctly. I did notice that the radiator cooling fan did not engage when AC was turned on but when I manually turned them on it made no difference with temperature. Possible low pressure switch?

Hello again.

Yes, it would be a good idea to test the switch. Let me know what happens. Thanks again for using 2CarPros

So I tried a new account pressure switch hoping that would solve the problem but it did not work. Fuses good, relays are new, and I am totally out of ideas. Thoughts?

Hello again.

Do you have access to a manifold gauge set? If so, what are the readings when the compressor is running/cycling? Hope to hear back soon and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

High side sounds low, can you confirm the large refrigerant tube heading out of the firewall is cold with the system on? Turn the system on full cold and wait two minutes then check the line. You might have a compressor that is going out.

This guide might help:

Please run down this guide and report back.

Cheers, Ken
