This vehicle does have rear air. To start we had a badly leaking condenser and a weak compressor replaced both and a new dryer. A day later refrigerant leaked off again and using a leak detector narrowed it down to front evap core. Pulled dash replaced core put system back together now it blows kind of cool but not really. Sucked down the system again and recovered all the Freon. Now i'm lost.

Good afternoon,

What are the pressures on the high and low sides while the engine is running?

How much Freon did you install?

How long did you evacuate the system?

Low sides around 40 high sides around 160. with the engine running did a vacuum on the system for 15 minutes with a 5 minute leak detection nothing after putting in 2.13 pounds of Freon in the system the line gets really cold and then goes lukewarm.

The low side is too high. It should be 25-30 pounds rock solid.

You need to vacuum it for at least 35 minutes to boil out the moisture. It looks like that is your issue.

If I can give my 2 cents, the low side should be at about 45 and the high side at 230 psi in about 90 degree weather.
