A/C stuck in defrost vents

A/C working, getting hot and cold just air flow coming out of defrost vents or floor vents not front vents.

If the A/C and heat both work, then this is most likely just an issue with the mode door.

While there could be a couple things causing this, I am pretty confident to think that this is the actuator. So, let's change that out and I am attaching the instructions below on how to do this.
