Hello,

It does sound like a loose internal component for the blower motor. It could be simple as the fan is loose from the shaft, but either way you will have to remove it to verify.
Removal of the blower motor can be done quite easily.
The blower motor is located under the dash on the passenger side, just below the glove box. If you look under the dash, you will see the back of the motor. It is mounted with 3 screws. Simply unplug the wiring connector and remove the screws and the motor will drop out.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
