Where is the low-pressure recharge A/C port located?

Is it in the front left side of the engine bay with a black cap or in the rear left side with the green cap?

The fittings are not interchangeable, in other words the blue connector will only fit on the low side. Here are two videos to help you find the fitting and how to charge the system:
